P.S. I asked the other Emily in my crew if she knew where &quot;the proof is in the pudding&quot; comes from and she said she was pretty sure she&#039;d read it somewhere recently. After a few minutes of racking her brains she pulled out the copy of Don Quixote she finished reading a couple weeks ago and found it! Except it&#039;s a little different, it&#039;s more like &quot;the proof of the pudding is in the eating.&quot; So there you have it. I don&#039;t know if that&#039;s where it originated, but at least it&#039;s a step!</description>

Glad you were able to think of NASCAR on your trip.  We at GMR have your trek outlined on the outside of my cube (for everyone to aw at) and I&#039;m highlighting your path as you reach each checkpoint!
